Three-Year Warranty (Metal Rack)
The Granny Wheels rack expander (metal platform) is covered by a three (3) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies under normal use and proper installation.
Wear Items
Elastic bungees, zip ties, silicone pads, and similar flexible components are considered wear items. Their lifespan depends on load, weather exposure, vibration, and frequency of use.
Wear items are covered only against defects at delivery and are not covered for long-term wear or damage.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- misuse, overloading, or improper installation
- modifications or unauthorized repairs
- normal wear and tear
- accidents or external impact
Authorized Sellers
Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased from authorized Granny Wheels sellers and must be supported by valid proof of purchase.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, or products with altered or removed identifying marks, are not covered.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Granny Wheels is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this product. In jurisdictions where limitations are restricted, liability will be limited as allowed by law.
